This is Mindy, my grandma's dog. She just had surgery, so she has to wear that satellite-looking thing. Poor dog has to have the scratch guard on for two weeks. Hope you feel better Mindy!

Grants Pass Bears

Hi, these are photos of bears that were made by many hard-working people in Grants Pass. The people designing and creating the bears spent countless hours working on the bears to make this year, the third and final year for bears the most memorable. These bears are extremely detailed and show lots of themes from beads to pirates. The bears are going to be on display from July 18, 2005 till October. When the bearfest is over, anyone can make a bid to win a bear set (there is usually a big bear and a baby bear in a set or theme) of there choice. Please come out and Support the Bears in Grants Pass, Oregon.

LAX Campout

Okay, so we get to lax at 6:00 pm. Our flight was a 8:40pm. 8:40 came and went, so they made an announcement that the flight would be delayed till 10:00. Then at 10:00, we got on the plane, but they made another announcement that there was a weight issue, bad news for my mom and I because we we non-revs, which mean we would be taken off first. But, they said it was a mechanical problem and everyone would have to get off. They said the plane would be ready at 11:00 pm which it was not, and they said again, there would be an announcement about the plane's condition at 12:00 to would decide if we still fly to Oregon that night. At 1:00 am they said to just sit tight that they would have a "definite" answer at 2:00am , great, thats what we had been doing for hours waiting. Finally, at 3:15 am they told us that the flight was cancelled. So my mom and I stayed at the airport since the next flight to Portland was at 6:30 am. We got less then an hour of sleep, before getting on the plane for Portland. When we arrived at Portland, we walked over to the next terminal to catch the Medford flight. Luckily, we did not get taken off of the plane so we got to my grandma's at 2:00pm. So these are photos from our camp-out in the Los Angelos International Airport.
